What are your fees?

Management Fee

We manage your rental property at a rate of 8% + gst (negotiable for multiple properties).

Let Fee

Charged at the beginning of a lease, this is normal Real Estate practice and equates to one week’s rent + gst. The tenants two rent payments upfront cover this amount with the balance being credited to your account.

Administration

We do not charge for administration, this is a free service.

Inspections

We do not charge for conducting inspections, this is a free service.

Maintenance

We do not charge for organising maintenance for you. This is a free service.

Resigning of a lease / Renewal

We do not charge for renewing of leases, this is a free service.

EOY Financial Statements

We charge $25 + gst

How much does advertising cost?

We arrange all the photos and advertising as a free service for you.

How often will inspections be undertaken?

Property inspections are undertaken every 4 months, this is included in the management fee.

Will you organise maintenance?

We can organise maintenance. Our tradespeople are top quality and fairly priced. We will always undertake to inform you before anything is organised. This is another free service to our Wave Realty owners.

When will I recieve my payments?

Owners payments are disbursed mid and end of the month.
